5. Legal bases for processing
Unless stated otherwise, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest (secure and stable operation of the website),
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — initiation or performance of a contract (in the case of business-related contact),
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with a legal obligation.
6. Server log files
When you access our website, the hosting server records technically necessary data in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device,
- date and time of the request,
- requested URL and HTTP status code,
- amount of data transferred,
- referrer URL,
- user agent (browser and operating system).
Purpose: ensuring stable operation, error analysis, defence against attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Retention: 14 days, after which the records are deleted or anonymised automatically. In the event of an attack, affected log lines are retained until the matter is resolved.
Recipients: no transfer to third parties other than the processor named in section 11.
7. Contact by email and phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your request) in order to respond to your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to the enquiry).
Retention: until your enquiry is concluded, at most until statutory retention periods expire (HGB / AO).
8. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and does not use comparable tracking technologies (no local storage, no tag manager, no analytics tools, no third-party scripts). Consent under section 25 TDDDG is therefore not required.
9. External content
When this website is rendered, no external scripts, fonts, maps, videos, or social plugins are loaded. All fonts are self-hosted. Links to external profiles (LinkedIn, YouTube) trigger a third-party request only on an active click; in that case the privacy policies of the respective providers apply.
10. Third-country transfers
When this website is rendered, no personal data is transferred to a third country within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. Should this change due to new technical components, this statement will be updated accordingly.
